Order Processing Time

At Leilou Creations, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.  However, this may change in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
